LIGHT AS HECK compared to my Mild Steel Spohn T/A, now i just need a bad boy anti roll bar probably gonna build one off a comp engineering Anti roll bar.

I'd start off with a "neutral" setting. That is, somewhere in the middle of the adjustment range. You can change the position of the arm around with the different mounting points to change the instant center of the chassis... Generally, if the arm is pointed downward, you have less initial leverage from the torque arm, and vice versa. I'd start off with the rear in the upper mounting holes, and the front adjusted so that it is as close as possible to parallel with the ground (with the car resting on the suspension, of course).
Again, YMMV, and Brian would be the best to answer... I need to talk to that old nut sometime myself...
