Default First dyno session.

Tried to dyno the new combo that we will be taking to Thunder. The dyno wont hold the car at the wheel speed that is neccessry to make power.
On motor the car made 640rwhp at 7000. The car needs to be shifted at 8500. After the 7000 pull we tried to pull to 8000 and the wheel speed went past 160mph and shut the dyno down. Now its track tuning time.

The way the car was set up for the dyno is the issue. I had a 4.10 gear with 29.5 tires. Plus we had a 2000 stall convertor so we could make some good pulls. At the Thunder race we are looking for 160mph trap speeds so the gear stays. We are trying a 6500 convertor sat.nite.
