How much will Convo Pro 15x10 stick out?
I believe the bs is 5". Will this work? Tire planned is a QTP 27"x11.5...
Other alternative is the 8.5" rim. I already have the 7.5. Thanks.

It would probably stick out a good 2.5" or so. My 15x10 Draglites w/7.5" BS are nearly flush with the fender, and the wheel you're talking about has 2.5" less BS...
If I was shopping for new wheels right now, I'd go with the custom Bogarts. They seem to fit perfectly, are lightweight, and look really good as well.
JMHO...

The outside edge of the 8.5" is flush with the top outside edge of the fender lip. The 10" would be a bit outside the fender, way more than how mine are.

15x10 Centerline stuff is not toooo bad with the 7' backspacing but I don't care for it.
My 15x10 prostars tuck in nice.
I would not run 15x8's harold if you are looking for 1.45's.

But that's not ideal rim size can be some cupping, plus Harold is going to continue to be a H/C + NOS car... ideally 15x10's or in that ball park... plus the car tracks better up to less of that sloppy sideways feeling when you have the tires at 12psi.

Black sunshine, Hoosier advises people to run from a 8 to 10inch rim with their 27x11.5x15's. I am thinking of trying my 7.5's before I buy a new set of rims. I currently have some 26x11.5x16 on some 8 inch rims and at 20psi the whole tread is flush with the ground. Frank95z

Actually I was advised that the 11.5" wide tire works on 9 to 10" wide rims, hence the 8.5 Convo Pro because you can squeeze the tire onto the rim. 7.5" May be a bit tight, but it's worth a try.
