Thanks goes to Brent and to Brian H form TEA for the ET streets for the rear and skinnies for the front. I couldn't have made it with out you guys help. Man it felt great to finally make it.
I had 2 passes in the high 11's. The best pass was: 60' 1.730, 1/8 7.64 @ 92.77, 1/4 11.91 @ 116.85

Congrats Bob, I was wondering when it would come. This is a testament though how a full weight street car runs. It is not as easy to get in the 11's as it seems on the internet. With the kind of power you make the car is capable of low 11's. This car has been 12.2@121 on drag radials. Last night the air was very HOT and HUMID, as it is everywhere this time of year. Temperature was around 84 and the humidity is always 100% or so it seems at Beech Bend. Bob you did a nice job driving. We have got to get a working tach and shift light in that car.

Hey Bob, i saw your ta (black WS6 right?), it sounds BADASS! I was in the mystic teal 98 Z28. It was my first time at the track, the best i could get out of it was 13.72@102. Stupid me had 20 psi in the front tires and 30 in the rears (stock size 245/50 Faulken Ziex tires) b/c i didnt check the pressure before i left.

Anyways, nice car! So what was the temps and humidity last night? My time slips didnt say. About 2500ft DA huh? Hmm....

Mystic,
I remember seeing you. You were lined up next to me in the staging lane weren't you. The temps were around the mid to low 80's humidity was about 100%. That is another reason that I am happy. I was able to hit the 11's with that kind of weather. After the weather gets better and I have a shift light I should hit low 11's. Thanks.

n2o,
I don't have the ability to post the timeslip, but here is the info that you are looking for : 1/8 7.64 @ 92.77 My mph was down from normal, but I think that wasbecause of the weather. Thanks

Yup that was me, next time i will be sure to say hi I am going back this Saturday, this time i think i will have some drag radials to bring from a friend of mine. I was on 245/50 Faulken Ziex tires last time (front and back) and my tire pressure was 20 in the front and 30 in the rear, i didnt know it was like that or i would have changed it on my way up there. My best 60 was a 2.13. I have my fronts now maxed at 40 so hopefully i can get some more mph out of it if the weather is alittle better.

Switched to BFG Drag Radials. Best cut has been a 1.79. Still working on it... I don't go often at all.
PS. 4500k clutch dumps are fun as hell.
