All you need to do is go to the top of the Drag racing section and click on the LS1 Tech.com members 1/4 mile E.T. lists and that will answer most of your questions. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Norm, where do you race? I've never seen a 9.50 LS1 car at the track here in Houston. Do you have any photos or specs on the car? Weight? Suspension setup? etc...

I'd love to check out the car sometime, sounds sweeeet!

Yep, 9.82. Strangely, it was done with a hydraulic cammed engine. I hear the same guy is in the process of doing a solid lift C5R engine. Should be good for NA 8s when he gets it all ironed out. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSES.....THE 427 LPE Z-28 IS IN DECATUR,IND. AT LINGENFELTERS RIGHT NOW GOING THRU SOME FINAL DIAL IN AND FINAL SUSPENSION ADJUSTMENTS.IT HAS GONE THRU AN EVOLUTION OF TUNING FOR QUITE SOME TIME.THE CAR RUNS AT MUNCIE IND.DRAGSTRIP FOR TESTING AND DIAL IN. IT RAN HIGH 9'S ON MOTOR ONLY AT 138 M.P.H. THIS PAST TUESDAY AND MID 9 S ABOUT A YEAR AGO ON A DIFFERENT N20 SYSTEM OTHER THEN THE DIRECT PORT.ITS AN AUTO AND IS ALSO PLUMBED FOR DIRECT PORT N20.WE ARE NEAR COMPLETION IN THE NEXT COUPLE MONTHS AT WHICH TIME I WILL POST TIMESLIPS FOR MOTOR ONLY AND MOTOR WITH SPRAY.THE CAR WEIGHS ABOUT 3300 LBS AND CAN BE DRIVEN DAILY. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

It's a black Camaro with no ac, ps or even a water pump! I hope it gets a water pump before Nov 1st. Sure has some big Hoosier's out back.
