I have no spacers on the front and 5/16 spacers on the back. I use Mcgaurd lugs and have had no problems. The Mcgaurds I got from summit do not extend past the rim.
No spacers all the way around would be the best setup IMO.

I run 15x4 with 2.25" B.S. up front and 15x10 with 7.5" B.S. in back.
Weld draaglites.
No spacers front or rear for the last few years. Careful contour grinding of the calipers.
They do get thin though but so far no problems.

Get the Mcgard lug nuts with the removable black center cap in them. The arp 3" studs fit perfectly in them w/o sticking out. That way if tech asks you if you have long studs, you can just unscrew one of the caps on the rear lug nuts and show them. I got mine from summit, I think they were 76 bucks for all 20. Check with Tosto Racing, I think he has 10 extras lying around <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
