I went back to SCD and made a pass on the slicks. Still had the 17s up front and the power steering connected ( I lost the shortbelt ). My clutch wouldn't hold the powah. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I let out in second before it slipped it's way to the rev limiter, then got back in it. Ran a 11.70 @ 122mph on a 1.75 60'. Hope this good air sticks around so I can get a clean pass in once I change the clutch. No mercy from the track officials, got the boot again. $10 = 1 run <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> Should of gone to NPR but I kinda knew the clutch was toast.

btw, I was in a mad rush and forgot to fasten the camera. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" /> Pretty cool effect eh? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

When do you want to put the new clutch in? I'm done with Finals on Thursday, but I have to pull the tranny out a V6 car Saturday to have the 4L60E rebuilt and the converter sent off to Precision for a stall upgrade. Any day after that is fine with me.
