1/8th mile mph conversion...?

If a guy ran 98.5 mph in the eighth, what kind of mph should he "theoretically" be able to run in the 1/4?

About 122mph just basing it off the difference between my 1/8 and 1/4 mph.

I think it will be slightly higher than 122mph. My car went 96.5mph at the 1/8 and 121.6 at the 1/4.

It depends on the car, and how hard it pulls on the top end.

Too many factors to be close to sure without the aid of computers. There's a conversion chart here though.

Oh and... 1/4 mile ET = 1/8 mile ET x 1.5832. That's fairly accurate too.
