i dont have pics, but for a 8 inch wheel, you do more on the face of the caliper and a little on the top. for a 10 inch wheel, you have to work on it a little more.
what i did way grind some, then paint the caliper with some black primer, then put the wheel on and see where it was hitting, then work on those spots till it spun freely.
took me about an hour or so on each side the first time.

depending on how new your brakes are on the back, you might have to grind the face down more. mine kept hitting till i took them down to where the 2 little dimples went away and my brakes were almost new.

Here are my ground calibers. I have my stock wheels on but they were ground for Draglites until I sold them.
I used a belt sander with as course belt as I could find. First is rear and second front.

Thanks for the pics guys. I need to grind the fronts as well? I thought a 5/16" spacer was all that was required there? (15x3.5" skinnies)
