Default Two Step Switch Suggestions?

Hey Everyone,

I will be using a Harlen Two Step and I am looking into buying a switch that I can mount on the steering wheel for the Momentary Switch. I am interested to see what anyone has used for their Momentary Switch or perhaps a steering wheel mounted switch you have used for your transbreak.

I have also been wondering what type of steering wheel mounted switches are used by circle track racers for their radio.

If anyone has any pictures of their setup, or know the part numbers and/or place they ordered their switch it would be much appreciated.

Thanks Very Much

Ross

Interesting idea, but my trunk release button still releases the trunk. Although the trunk NEVER opens correctly the first time you press the button, it would be my luck for it to fly open at half track.

I have an NX 15896 switch panel. I believe it has a momentary switch intened for a purge valve. Would that be sufficient to arm the Two Step?

Thanks Again

Ross

I clipped the wires and use it solely for 2-step. The remote still pops the trunk.

I used the cruise control functions for my switches. cruise on is n2o arm, accel is the purge, and the coast button is the t-brake/2-step. I like the clean stealthy look

I made a little plate to fit over the 'whatever' holder that's right in front of the shifter. A momentary pushbutton for the 2-step, and an LED to indicate that it's armed. I put another momentary on there for my purge. I figure a plate there is fine - because anything that got put in there would be coming out upon launch anyway. I got the stuff at Radio Shack.
