Re: How much does your car weigh? ....it's light! I'm not sure right now but I'm betting I'm close to a 3050lb raceweight!!! And I'm dropping off another 100 later this year with a pin-on hood, a-arms, light torque arm, carbon fiber t-tops, and some other tricks. And it looks nearly stock minus the seats inside. I may consider a plexiglass rear window and fiberglass trunk lid to drop off another 60-80lbs or so. I guestimate a 2875lb raceweight eventually. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> And IT IS POSSIBLE!

Re: How much does your car weigh? It's hard to say right now but I'd guess when we get it all together it'll weigh somewhere around 2625 WITH me (~180 lbs) in it. This is including all weight reduction plans for the 1st half of this year.

3440 in street trim without me in it, so i figure raceweight, will be 3450-3500 with me in it. i am planning some more weight loss soon.

Last time out it was 3080 when I went 14.4 n/a
I have since then yanked the a/c, stereo, more sound deadening, misc wiring, and fog lights.
I have a sparco evo seat that I'll get in the next 2-3 weeks to replace the stock seat
Maybe another 20 lbs off?
And I am in for the light weight carpet gp
Maybe another 10 lbs?
I also have planned on yanking out both air bag's, steering wheel (lighter one of course) and maybe some more minor things.
I am trying for 2950
