Default 26x10.5 x16 vs 26x10.5x15

I dont want to grind my calipers is there any big loss goin w/ 16's on lightweight wheels besides 1"less tire sidewall? They make the prostars in 16's right?

I don't think the reduced sidewall height would be a factor until you're really hitting the tires hard. I think you'd be perfectly fine w/the 16" tire.

Not sure about 16" Prostars... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

yes, they do make 16" prostars, but you'll still have to grind. Its just the way that the Weld wheels are setup.

FWIW, I've cut a 1.45 60' and numerous high 1.4's-low 1.5's on 26x10.5x16 ET Streets on 16x8 SLP firebird takeoff wheels.

Steve
