Default how much do Hoosier slicks grow in the 1/4?

I did a search and found that some people are having ET Drags grow as much as a full inch.

Do Hoosiers give this much cushion as well?

if not, How much do you think Hoosiers 26x9x15's should grow given my current mph in sig?

thanks,
Steve

If you are only going 121mph then you dont have to work about rubbing. I had to cut my bumpers running ET Drags 28x10.5x15. You will be fine.

not worried about rubbing, I'm trying to figure out if I can get away with running a 26" tire w/ a 4.30 gear. I'm also changing cams, so w/ that and the gear change I expect a 1.5-2mph gain. I don't feel like buying a new tire when there are some passes left on the hoosiers but I won't want to trap past 6900rpm.

each car is different. So All I cold say is run it at the track and then go from there. I have 410 gears and I went to a 28 inch tire because I had to much gear.
