Torque Arm/LCA/bracket questions

Torque Arm/LCA/bracket questions Is anyone running LCA relocation brackets on a non-lowered F-Body to change the instant center and increase bite? I was wondering how much they help on a non-lowered car.
I was also thinking of getting the Spohn sperical rod end LCA's to replace my poly's and a rod end to replace the poly in my Spohn torque arm. Anyone using the rod end versions of these?
I realize it will be much noisier, but don't care - I'll live with noise if it will bring my 60's down more. The car sees some street use, but mostly track. Any input would be appreciated.

It seems that different cars will vary, but I always had great success with relocated LCA's on my old car... It was almost a night and day difference at the track, and I did do a good bit of experimenting with the suspension setup. The car was stock ride height... 
i run the lca relocation brackets on my non lowered car. Sorry, no before/after information though. I also run the rod end lca's and panhard bar. Just make sure the lca rodends are NOT teflon lined and you'll be ok. After a while you will beat the teflon out and they will rattle. My short times are nothing stellar but I'm consistently pulling bottom 1.4x's with a 6spd and 28x10.5 et drags.

JeffT - I would be very happy with bottom 1.4's!! The Spohn rod ends don't have the teflon in them - they are using the best QA1's you can buy, so I think they will hold up (not cheap, but you get what you pay for).
