Re: Do you screw your ET Streets
No, and few do. I used to run mine at 11 psi with no problems. When new they would slip just a little the first couple of passes and then they would stay put.

Re: Do you screw your ET Streets
In 19 years of drag racing i have never screwed the tires and have never had a problem. When i mount the tires i put a little dish soap on the bead and when it drys it is like glue.Good luck and hope this helps.

Re: Do you screw your ET Streets
Anyone who has mounted a set of ET Streets can tell you that they do not go on the rims easily. It's doubtful they would ever move much on the rim.
I have screws in mine.. Drilled the rims before I mounted the tires.. so I had to fill the holes

Re: Do you screw your ET Streets
Screwed my et streets, didnt at first tire would spin about 2 inches on rim with 6000rpm clutch dump sticky track(560rwhp)4.10s.Probably more dependent on hp level and track conditions. Most fast cars(10,9,8 sec)around here are screwed.
