Got a new best ET!
sorry but this is BS because you either got a car that had stage 2 heads/cam or your car weighs 2700 pounds maybe
most heads/cam M6's trap 121-126
Jason 99 TA, the fastest NA heads/cam car in the nation traps 128, but he makes around 450HP. So your tellin us your making over 400hp stock with bolt ons? Its no way....
the fastest NA M6 mph stock ive seen is what? 118-120 maybe. But thats a 2900-3100 pound car gutted almost.
if you ran it, than prove it like rageman said

If you really have what you say congrats, and you will have no problem running me at the North vs South shoot out for a nice sum of money. Oh and by the way you can scan those timeslips at any kinko's. Do you have video proof or a credable witness?

maybe with -10000 da, and 2700 raceweight!
maybe with -10000 da, and 2700 raceweight!

Man, I had to stop and think about that for a while. That would be sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet to run in!!!
OR
The track you were racing at had a 45% downhill grade.
For an internally stock motor to be trapping that mph with those tires is unrealistic unless you were hitting the car with a big shot of crack.
Prove it. Then we'll believe.

Mine measure about 26.5 at rest.(about)
Not that it matters, this thread is for entertainment,
not fact.
We all know it's just not possible to trap
that high on a stock motor@3340 raceweight.
I think 27.3 is @full growth.

Not doubting you at all, but the gear calculator I always use (F-body.org) is right on with what I cross the traps at 27.8" (accounting for .5" tire growth from 27.3" hot at rest). Either way, this guy's claims are outlandish. I have reasons to believe it could possibly be a Waco character messing with me. It's all a conspiracy, everyone's after my "magic" trap speed. All it takes is high-gearing (3.42), great air, and low raceweight. I can see 126 MPH with a raceweight of around 2500-2600 lbs. in great air. Sean, since I talked to you earlier today, what are you leaning towards? Cam/N2O/or N/A stock internals? I'd really love for you and I both to be competing (against the evil Bob Cosby) at the BG shootout!!!

Nor is his car just a head/cam car(anymore).
I am not gunna call the guy a lier. Even though the times sound a little off specially being in TEXAS!!!!!!(from my experience at SLP CAD the TEXAS WEATHER SUCKS!!!!!!!)<-- for example a freind of mine has a RELITIVELY STOCK 2002 SS with only the cats gutted and all free mods that ran a 12.7 @ 109 and then a couple 12.90's @ 110 the SAME DAY which this was in GREAT weather, and he raced at the SLP CAD and the car went a best of a 13.6 @ 108! I say thumbs ALL the way down to the TEXAS WEATHER!

Josh S.

I'm still not completely convinced that Jason's forged bottom end gives him any power gains. It definitely gives him stability and strength to turn high RPM's and spray a healthy shot of N2O on top of it. But, I don't know about gaining him any power. The solid roller is what's giving him that ungodly power. Now, you're right in that his car is not JUST a heads/cam car, so don't get me wrong, I'm not disagreeing. But I'm not sure if it gains him any power.
You're killing me! You can't judge Texas weather in general by how it is one day! Texas weather ROCKS (in the winter)!!
