Should I be able to run with this car? Just wondering what you guys think.... i have a friend with a z28 .. 2001 A4 .. it has a 3200rpm stall ... hooker longtubes no cats and a loudmouth .. whipser lid ... free mods ... his MAF is ported and mine isnt .....should my car be keeping up wiht him with the mods listed in my sig?? I also trapped 2mph higher ... and we both ran the same times....
Well, I think you answered your own question - you said you both ran the same times. If you both ran the same ET in the quarter mile, then it comes down to driver and gearing. He has an A4, you have an M6...I think with the m6 you will have a slight advantage, but not much, hence the 2 mph higher trap.

Yes .. but he has alot more mods then i do... i was wondering with the modifications if i should be able to run the same times he is ... my car was bought used... i dyno'ed 332 to my wheels in 100 degree weather ... thinking maybe the previous owner did something ... cuz out of the 10 ls1's at the track nobody was within 4 tenths of me ... some with more mods then me also
