Jay,
I run a 5/16 spacer on my front and rear(you will need to grind the calipers). You can get them from Thunder Racing(they don't cost much). You need a 15x10 rim with 7.5 back spacing. To be legal you will need open lug nuts on both the front and the rear. I hope this helps.
Good luck.

Everything Coach said is right on. A couple of things though. You can grind the front calipers and tuck in the front rim a bit more. IMO the car looks much better with no spacers up front.
Also, on the rear rims you have the option of a smaller rim. a 15X8 with 5.5 backspacing to be exact. You will have to run a spacer and you will have to grind the calipers too. The bigger rim coach recommended is good for alot of tire and alot of gear, but has the downside of being really heavy. For an M6, the 15X8's are good to 4.30 gear with a heads cam package IMO. This is using a 26X9 or 26X10 slick.
In order to be legal at most tracks you will need longer wheel studs. This should be an option with your 12-bolt. You will have to change the front ones yourself. This is what coach was talking about with 'open lugs' because the tech guy will want to check stud length.
The spacer is a 5/16 spacer for GM 5-lug (4.75 bolt circle?). I picked mine up at a local tire/rim shop.

Centerline Convo-pro's you dont have to grind the rear and I think you have to slightly grind the front. The rears stick out alot.
Weld Pro-stars you grind all the way around.
