Default 11's cam only?

I've been practicing my techniques to get my 60ft times down. My goal is decent 12's with my 224/228 cam and simple bolt ons. but with the cooler air and decent tracks around im wondering what it takes to get into the high 11's with cam only or if its even possible, no better yet if its probable.

i have an m6 and ill be running kdws tires mostly cause my car is my daily driver as well.

opinions? ideas? coudln't find anything from a search about this so i figured id ask.
Thanks
Travis

I ran the time in the sig with 245 50 16 sumitono tires. Im shooting for 11s on regular radials. I still have some bolt ons, weight reduction and tuning to do. This was with the stock rev limiter as well. I also need a clutch, the orginal clutch with 82k miles is starting to slip.

There has been a few people who have gotten into 11s cam only on regular radials with a m6. It depends on track prep. On some tracks the tires go up in smoke shifting into 2nd. It was weird. Id get out of the hole ok but when Id shift into 2nd thered be no traction.

If I were you I would buy a cheap set of 16" stocker wheels and put some ET Streets on them and change them at the track of you could put on some BFG or Nitto DR's and change before you go to the track. I'm guessing with bolt-ons and that cam you are around 365-385rwhp at least, and I don't think the radials can handle that. I am assuming you are still on the stock 10-bolt too?? Just some things to think about.

11s on a just a cam? Hell, I'm shooting for 10s! Ha. Elevens are no problem with suspension and a lil' weight reduction. Good luck.

I am shooting for high 11s with stock internals almost there so a cam only car should be no problem. I am at 12.32 at 112 mods in sig and a 3450 race weight.
