Any problems with removing inner fender?

Any problems with removing inner fender? Didn't know where else to post this, but here goes. I just removed my front bumper supposrt, and with that I left the plastic pieces off that go on the bottom, pretty much underneath the engine bay. Since then, those plastic inner fender/wheel well liner things rubbed against my tires when I was on the highway.
My question is, is it bad to daily drive the car without those inner fender things, or the plastic from under the car?
There was also another piece of plastic like these that I took off when I took off my front swaybar. Now I know these really aren't integral parts of the car, and I looked around the front end now and I really can't see anything bad happening, but I just wanted to be positive.
Any thoughts?
