Default need help with et time

I have a 99 WS6 M6 with a lid, cat-back exhaust with no muffler, fast toys ram air, TB bypass, SLP smooth bellow, Pro 5.0 shifter, K&N filter, NOS 5177 kit with a 100 shot, Kumho Ecsta Supra 275/45/17. I went last night and ran the 1/4 at Indianapolis Raceway Park and wasn't too impressed with my times. I was wondering if anyone out there could help me out.

Without NOS
60 ft.-2.234
1/4-13.81@103mph

With NOS
60ft.-2.205
1/4-13.37@107mph

I was hoping for more than a half second improvement from the 100 shot but some of this could have to do with it being my first time at the track. Any help would be appreciated.

is the spray on a full throttle switch or a manual switch? a 100 hp shot for the entire run would net you at least mid 12s provided good traction (read: a 2.0 or better 60 foot). I'd be looking for a sticker tire. Are you speed-shifting or lifting on each gear swap?

I have it on a WOT switch which I have wired to a window switch set between 3400 and 5800 rpms. I am doing all lift throttle shifts. I didn't know if this was just a driver error or if I actually have a problem.
