Where's the power??

Where's the power?? What is going on here? I have a 1999 Ta with an ati blower m6 373 gears that I have had dyno tuned at 604rwhp and 570rwtq. 
Then I went to the track and everything went to hell. My best was 11.79 
Here is the only slip I could find from the night
60' --- 1.696
330 --- 4.919
1/8 --- 7.681
mph --- 90.54
1000 --- 10.019
1/4 --- 11.999
mph --- 114.99
shifts were fast, not pro fast, but good strong shifts.
My question is where is all my power going??

belt slip maybe?? 
that would be my first guess that you're getting like no boost..i assume you have a boost guage? what was it reading while going down the track?
those times seem like the car was on motor at best. did you log any runs on autotap or another scanner?
