Year One and Speed Inc.carpet the same?

I thought I read that they are the same and offer the same weight reduction. Just want to confirm this and get an idea of how much weight is dropped.

I run the Year One stuff. Fits good, wieghs 14lbs if I remember right. Stock stuff is ~34lbs.

Year one is about 40.00 cheaper if I remember right.
