Default how crucial is front susp. for traction

i need to get the car ready for the track, and im looking for good drag susp. i have the rear susp. covered, i just need to get some good rear springs(any ideas?) as far as the front end, all i have done is removed the front sway bar. is front susp crucial for hooking up better as far as weight transfer? if so, who sells a good front shock and spring set-up?

IMO all suspension is critical, it all works together. but yes, front suspension is very important. a good adjustable shock and softer spring will do tons for weight transfer and the ability to adjust to track conditions.

cheapest wasy to go is a HAL setup. more expensive options are things such as afcos, strange, etc.

as for rear springs, just use your stock V8 springs, they work fine.
