Naake is an authorized QA1 rebuild center and I just talked with them on the phone. They rebuild the Hal shocks for 45 ea and will upgrade them to "R" series for $13 ea additional

1-2 day turnaround
The problem I have, Ive used him twice now to fix my rears. Everytime it comes back rebuilt, it leaks on the passenger side. Its always the passenger side rear that leaks on my car. I even switched to someone elses Hals while mine were down and those have now started to leak. I dont get it.

Mike Naake mentioned it could be out of align. There's only one way to install these things you know. The rear seems to be square in the car since the car launches straight and all. I think they are just junk personally. Id like to move up to something different. I do like the idea that you can upgrade the fronts to the R series stuff though for $13 bucks.
