Suspension setup for low 60' times???

Suspension setup for low 60' times??? I am curious as to what suspension setups you guys with the low-mid 1 sec. 60' times have. If you can please be specific as I am trying to help a buddy get the times down to where they should be with the kind of power they are pushing out. Here are the specs on the car:
-heads/cam/headers off road pipes dyno tune 430 rwhp N/A
-Suspension: QA1's, BMR adjustable torque arm, BMR LCA's, removed front sway bar
-6spd with spec stage 3
-Moser 12 bolt 3.73's
-line lock
-Currently running on Nittos will have slicks by spring
-TNT 100 shot
I am curious as to what is recommended for settings for the QA1's, what slicks (sizes, brands, pressures) and wheels are recommened, torque arm adjustments. This car has great potential but he has been struggling with the launch and his times actually went down after doing heads. His 60' times have been averaging around 2.2....please help me help him!
