Anyone running an 8" converter?
They're going to set me up with a 8" super stock converter as they called it.. model # 357 or something.. and it will flash in the 5K range..
Hopefully it works well as I only have a couple shots to hit my # until the fall.
Went back to a converter with the same stall speed and picked it back up and the shift extension is actually an extension now.
You should have tried this converter that was in Seans car back when he tried to let you use it.

Foot breaking I bring the car to the prestage bulb and then bring the car against the converter and let it push me to the stage bulb. If I am leaving late I bump the car up using the break 1 bump at a time untill i get my reaction time where I want it.
Not really sure at this poitn what I will do, I'm just looking for some ideas so I don't have to beat on the car 30 times to find out what works better.. I'd like to have a few main ideas to try and then compare and pick one to better.

It's all about power curve, shift extension and traction.
Good luck with your new setup!
