Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials

Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials
Anyone try these out yet? I really like the idea of a GOOD sticky radial tire since I have to drive 30+ miles to any track.
I will be using either the 275/60/15 or 325/50/15 if I can fit them.
How do these compare to ET Streets or ET Drags? I especially value feedback from someone who has used the radials and also the bias ply tires for a true comparison.
I make 476 RWHP and 521 RWTQ do you think I can hook with the radials?

They hook great!
My best 60' on ET streets was a 1.58
First time out with the M/T DRs I got a 1.56
Another advantage with the DRs is that you don't get the top end sway like you do with the bias ply tires.
I've heard of cars running 9s and 10s with 1.3 60' times on them so on a decently prepped track I bet they'd hook for you.

Like I posted on the 'other' board
I muched prefer them over the ET streets, I find the radials hook a little better, require a much shorter burnout, and consistently trap higher then the et streets.
I've not needed to go below 16psi warm, great tires.

I met John Cunningham at my chassis place. John had a Nova in the Hot Rod Pump Gas Drags last year, went low 9's on motor.
He told me that the MT DR's worked better than the ET Streets for him. He tried them back to back.

I was looking at getting a set of these tires, I've heard nothing but good things about them on street/strip cars. Your setup sounds a little hot for those DR's, you may be able to hook, but the torque will likely make you spin... Let us know what you choose, and how your decision works out!

A local friend has them on her FireHawk. She has a cam only with every bolt-on and a SS4000 stall. She has cut 1.58's with them so far. I believe the only suspension mod was lower control arms. They seem to hold her 400+ hp fine.
