Default whats the best way to add alot of ballast?

i THINK ill need to add about 200lbs to meet the 3200lbs raceweight requirement for the atlanta race. at one point in time i saw where someone had bolted some free weights on top the platform over the rear end. i figure a few 45lb.ers and wit the additon of carpet and passenger seat and stuff i should be close, the rest i can add in fuel.

any good ideas on this, i was considering running 2 classes and want something that i can remove fast incase i do. if i run brackets i want to be light as possible for my own reasons.

I build weight bars out of 2x3 tubing and fill them with lead shot. You can also use weights. Either way you will need 1/2" bolts to hold them down.
