Default Anyone else have trouble balancing thier welds?

Got my 275/60/15 ET DRs mounted on my 15X10 prostars ysterday. The guy couldnt get them to balance right and said one of them looked bent. I took it to another place and they got them to balance with 5oz on one and .5 on the other. the one with .5oz looked to wobble on thebalancing machine. Anyone else have problems like this with New weld wheels?

My shop had no problem with them. They prolly were thown off by the loose part inside the wheel.

I would just throw them on and take them for a spin and see if you feel anything. If they feel okay on the street, I wouldn't have any problem taking them to the strip.

5 ounces is a hell of a lot for that small of a tire. Usually at work we use that much for RV tires ad mudders.

See if you can get the tires match mount balanced. I'm pretty sure most Coates balancers have it. The techs should know what to do..
