Did you also bring up the point that if you get to go to the track everynow and then that you'll be much more tame on the street. Sagres made a great point. I know that when I started going to the track I started driving much safer on the street (most of the time anyway).

Tell her to kiss your ***, and if she doesnt like it she can pack her bags. I just told my GF as I was reading this too her the same thing, if she cant support my hobby and something that I love to do, then she can carry her *** somewhere else and I'll find someone who will love me and not try to get me to stop my hobby for her.
My GF likes watching me race though so its all great. She even makes fun of me when I miss a shift or something and screw up and run a shitty time. Thats why I love her.
