I got it in and it's working.
It would not freaking work for about an hour and I could not figure out why.
It ended up that I had the dials wrong.
I had it set for 4100 RPM instead of 1400 RPM. I kept taking it to 2K in my garage and it wouldn't come on.
Anyway, I went with the red LED and it looks cool so far. I have it set for 3200 so I can see it tomorrow morning on the way to work on all my shifts.
