Couple of Questions

Couple of Questions I just had a ls6 intake, !EGR, !AIR, and spohn adjustable TA installed/uninstalled and so I went to the track and ran the same damn times 12.9's my mph was around 109 and 60' were ~1.86. So what's the deal I think I should have at least gain a tenth or so. any suggestings (I'm getting it retuned soon so that might help out)
Also with the TA I am feeling some major vibrations when crusing around is this normal? (it has the poly front mount)

*Edit - I have pretty much all the bolt-ons except for pullies. and my car is full wieght plus a box in the trunk.

Weather was pretty comparable, another problem I have is that last year I went through 2 trannies, and before the first one blew up I ran a 12.89 and since the rebuilds I've added headers, cutouts, LCA's, STB, SFC's and now my new intake and TA. So I don't know the hell's going on!?! I think my car should be hitting 12.7's all day. My car dynoed 335/350 with lid,slp 85mm MAF,SLP ypipe,SLP CAI, 160*TS, and LS1 edit tuning on my stock rear. I have a 12 bolt with 4.10's now. So any help is appreciated.
