basically stock M6 guys come inside well my mods are in my sig and im running on GSC'S and i cant seem to 60 foot my car for the life of me. my current launch technique is a 2000rpm clutch drop. iff i try to slip the clutch as i have read my 60' time gets worse like a 2.35. i really want to get my car into the 12s before i do my heads and cam. heres my best run so far....

see the thing is my car isnt spinning so bad but it goes into almost a bog off the line and it seems like it takes forever for 2nd gear to come around.
any suggestions would be really appreciated

I know exactly what you're talking about. Try dumping at slightly higher rpms(200-300). You should get a bit more wheel spin which will keep that slight bog from happening once you hook since you'll be turning slightly higher rpms. Doing this took a tenth off of my 60' 
. Just practice and you should get it within a few tries at most. It only took me one try.

i just ran at the track for my first time, how did you cut a low 13 pas with a 2.23 60ft? im confused because i ran a 13.6@108.7 with a 2.195 60ft, but also ran another 13.64@107 with a 2.3, i dont get why i couldnt break into the low 13s at all! how can people run a worse 60ft than me and get into the low 13s?

well my trap indicates a stronger car, so thats not it, driving, i pull a better 60ft than what i see on some of the low 13 passes on the site, weather was perfect, track is only 100 ft above sea level, had a 10mph tailwind. nope im stumped!

my first run was a 13.39, basically right off the highway 210 degrees temp
