hey, know what. those seats are stock. i thought once the 9 sec mark was broken, you need a seat that can be secured to the cage?
how did you get stock seets to hook up?

Very sweet! I'd love to see the rear suspension too. You have a full on list of specs on the car anywhere? Hat's off to sticking with the stick!

The hood is a vfn.
The valve covers were made by a guy in Canada and I can't remeber his name.
It hasn't been in the 9's yet or even down the track, but we made sure the seat rest against the bar . I guess we'll see what they say at the track when I run it.
As far as rear suspension pics. I don't have any but its just as clean as the front

Some specs are
421 ci
15 to 1 comp
solid roller
ls6 heads
6.0 block
sheet metal intake -Beck
weight 3415 w/ driver
6-speed
chrome moly drive shaft
9 inch ford, 40 spline gundrilled axles, narrowed 3" per side, alum center section,4.86 pro gear.
ram vds clutch 910

I'm hoping to run 9's the only thing stopping it is the weight ,but I didn't want to gut the car so thats as light as it gets. I'm going to the track very soon for some shake down runs and to dial everything in I'll keep everyone posted.

Thanks again for the compliments.

Holy crap.... That might be the best looking race Camaro I have ever seen. Absolutely beautiful. Almost too nice to get it dirty at the track. Nice job.

Man what can i say, your car just sucks how can anyone build a show car when your fukn "race car" looks like that. I have never seen a race car in Aus or here in New Zealand that looks that good. Good luck with getting a magazine feature, it certainly deserves the cover.

If you don't mind me asking what company makes that piece you have behind the rear bumper? The piece that is molded around the wheelie bars.

The piece so the wheelie bars clear? If so that was made by the chassis guy R R chassis. He cut it out and fabbed that up.

looks like it was sectioned, then the 2 "slots" were welded back in place.

Also looks like the PHB has a bend in it to clear the 'bars too...

Am I right?

Yes, you really don't have to bend it but he wanted to.
But that is right.
