Default How should I launch

This is a two part question. I am almost finished with my setup and I am going to try it at the track soon. How much will my setup handle and how should I launch it at the track?
Here are the details.
Spec stage 3 clutch
stock t56
3 inch custom steel driveshaft
Stange 12 bolt with 3.73 gears and super strength posi
275/40/17 MT Et street radials
The rest of the info about my car is in my sig.

With my car on nittos and 3.73's I could launch from 2500 or 3k(if the track was really hooking) That was on a 100 shot about 480 hp.
