Default Weight Saving Ideas?

Hello. I'm new here and I recently bought a 2000 SS. It is a really cool car and I'm happy to finally have a V8 and an M6. Anyways, my question is, what are some good ways to bring the weight down on Camaro's? I would like to take out the stuff that really isn't important such as a back seat and spare tire, but I was wondering if there is anything else. Thanks!

It all depends on how far you wanna go with it. For example i have my daily driven SS down to about 2970 with me in it. And there is still ALOT of stuff i have to do.

Thanks guys. I still want to keep this car as my daily driver, I just like the idea of getting rid of stuff I don't need. So I may have to sift through the ideas to find out exactly what I can live without and what I can't.
