Battery Tie Down
I made an aluminum bracket a while back from some stock I brought from Home Depot. I had bolted it to the stock location and form bent it over the top of the battery and used one of the screws that hold the headlight assembly in place to secure it up front. I've since relocated the battery so I'm not using it anymore, you're welcome to it. Is there some way you could mail me a return box so I just could drop it in and send it back?

Try to see if you can get a battery relocation kit for your can. I remeber seeing alot of sponsors carrys them. It relocates you battery to the back of the car inside the spare tire compartment, so you don't have that heavy weight in the front end of your already monstrous frontend. It is a worth wild mod for a track car like yours.
