Default Do settings change going from footbrake to transbrake?

I used to run a 200-4R and a PT4400 with a 4.10/26" slick and use to launch off footbrake at about 2800 or so and now I'll have a TH350 with transbrake and a Protorque converter that will have a stall speed in the range of 4800-5200. I dont have a 2-step so I guess I'll have to leave right off the converter. My question is, does the torque arms settings, front/rear shock settings, tire pressure, etc. change from my old setup to my new one? I know the shock off the line is going to be a lot more violent with my new setup. More stall, more gear, more tire, and transbrake! Thanks in advance.

Anyone? Right now I have my front R series Hal shocks set a 3 and the rears set a 5 or 6. I would think with a 5000 stall converter leaving off the transbrake, its going to want to throw the front end upwards. With that in mind, I figured the shock setting would change. With my old setup, the suspension was loaded and with this new setup, it will be nuetral/unloaded. I'm no expert, that is why I'm asking. It just seems as things would change going from footbrake to transbrake with a much more aggressive setup. Thanks.

You'll have to play w/ it, but I'd say you'll probably end up tightening things up a bit on the 'brake to keep it from hitting the tire too hard and limit weight transfer some.

We'll probably start the fronts at about 3/4 tight. The rear we'll probably start in the middle and work from there. Only way to know for sure is to test.
