Default Best Shift-Out RPM???

On a stock tune, stock cam manual LS1, what is the best RPM to shift at?? Please post any info you have or know about. Opinions as to what you think is best is also welcome. If you are not posting info regarding the topic please do not post. Thanks

When my car was stock, I got my best results shifting at 6k rpm's.

Thanks--that's what I have been doing I didnt know if there was anything better.

Only one way to find out for sure....try shifting at different RPM's sometime and see what happens. I know my GTO doesn't like 6200 too much...next time out i'll start at 5800 and work from there.
