Default What size Corvette Rallye Wheels?

I like the basic old school looks of these wheels (no beauty rims or center caps) and I would like to mount two of them on the rear of my car with MT drag radials. What size wheel and tire combo will look and work best on my 2002 Camaro? The wheel sizes to choose from are 15x8 4"spacing, 15x8 5"spacing, 15x10 5"spacing and 15x10 5 1/5"spacing. Mods in SIG below.

We fit:
15x8/5.5
15x10/7.5

So a 15x8/5.0 is your best bet, won't be as tucked in so the lip will probably be flush with the tire and rim.

Will Weldracing Draglites or Prostars in sizes quoted from above clear my rear brake calipers?

Regular 15x8 & 15x10 Draglites and Pro Stars will NOT fit without either

a) major grinding, no spacer
b) moderate grinding, 5/16 spacer

You can fit a Draglite XP 16x8/5.5 or a 16x9/6.5 if you can find them, they are discontinued.

Here is a pic of a 16x9 XP Draglite, circa 2000, on my car, with 26x11.5x15 ET Streets. No grinding, but the wheels weighed the same as stock wheels, ~23 lbs.

A regular Draglite will be ~13 lbs, I forget.

Will the 15x8 Corvette Rallyes with 5" back space clear my brake calipers?

Never mind. These wheels will NOT fit. They will hit calipers.

Wheel Vintiques sells custom sizes adn backspacing for these wheels, and they are available through Summit Racing.

Wheelvintiques said Steel Rallyes will hit calipers regardless of backspacing. But they do sell a 90 series, 16" aluminum alloy Rallye version that will work. I do not like them however.
