Maybe it was a 12.6 in the 1/8th. Or maybe the a 13.6, or maybe it was a 1 time thing and the traps were off. Who knows, sounds like he lied at first. I ran a 12.7 at 90 with my foot off the gas due to ET drags, but isn't normal.

I've heard of Syclones and Typhoons running similar looking numbers. They launch hard but have a hard time overcoming the air resistance so their MPH numbers suffer. Not sure if they are that pronounced though.
