I'd say it's probably shock tuning.
Try tightening the front shocks up.

You are loading the tires then this is causing the motor to bog. This unloads the tire which then allows the tire to spin which starts the sequence over.

I would air the tire up in the rear.

Madman,
We were having this discussion at the track on Sunday, we were wondering how do you decide if you need a higher shock setting or more tire pressure, I'm confused.

I didn't intend to hi-jack your thread, I just thought it would be helpful.

A higher shock setting will hit the tire harder. If you want to kill the bite then add air and loosen the shock. More hit then tighten the shock.

I understand adding air to kill bite, but I don't understand how loosening the shock kills bite. I thought a looser shock would let the diff push into the ground faster. Or is it that the looser shock lets the body rise too fast in the rear?

The stiffer the shock the harder it plants the tire. Unfortuneatly the single adjustables arent the best for chassis tuning.

Are there any other shocks out that are comparable to the Afco's, like a HAL maybe? Same issue I will be dealing soon enough. Love the QA1's for a dual purpose car, but like to lean more towards track and more sacrifice on street
