i have a few questions about qa1 shocks and struts that i am unclear of after searching. first my car will only be at the track every now and then mostly street. but i want the look of a lowered car. can i just run my lowering springs and buy the bmr spring cups for the front but still get the full benefit from the struts. also should i get the double adjustable fronts or the single. any ideas are welcome thanks.

Do you have to have the cups to run your own springs, or are the cups for height adjustment only?
