Strang Shocks

Strang Shocks Just got my Strange Shocks installed, Dbl adj. up front and single adj. out back, the oly problem is there was not any instructions with the shocks, can someone tell me which **** is compression and rebound on the fronts and also a ballpark setting just to get me going, I am running the 275lb springs up front and stockers out back. Also should I have my car setting level or a little lower in the front. I know the only way to get it right is by trial and error but I need to know which **** does what . Thanks for any info!
