So we mention it now.

Third I don’t want to be limited on how fast the car CAN go. 25.4 and 25.5 specs are limited to 7.50 and at the rate stock suspension cars are going, it wont be long before that 7.50 mark is broken (not that I will ever hit that mark). Last at the weights most of these cars are having to weight or already weight, 3200+ and with the power levels (1800HP) the more solid you make the car the more consistent it will be on getting down the track. A few more but I wont bore yea all

Yea I think its one of the first cars done like that if not the first, but im sure it will become more common as time goes on. Yea the car has all Wolfe parts for suspension (Double sway bar, TQ arm, controll arms, pan hard bar, spring perches).
Does anyone know if the 25.4 and 25.5 cert have a MPH cap? I recall something about some cert being capped not only on ET but at 180 MPH also.
I personally think that MPH is JUST as deadly, if not more, then ET and this would make sense if its true.

The 25.5 cert is 7.50 to 8.49 up to 3600 lbs. The 25.2 is faster than 7.50(aka Pro Mod) and up to 3200 lbs..The weight is my delima ..Some places rules are 3150 and others are 3250 for my combo..So I guess the 25.5 is the way I am leaning to for now, since 7.50 is way outta my reach for quite a few years..

The cage and chassis work on Tom's camaro was
by KTS Race Cars. The comment by Tom that the
Shop that built the car is out of business is false.
All of our chassis have certified to date.
I hope that Tom finishes his project soon.
With Stenoid helping him finish up, I'm sure
it will run the way he wishes.

Thanks for the cage comment Tom. We never did close, just relocated.
Bad Landlord problems. I'm still in north Romeo in a temporary shop.
Looking to buy my own building again! Not yet a sponsor again.
Hoping to Sponsor in spring.

Is it me, or does it look like there's a lot more bars Tom's 25.5 setup than Outlaw's 25.2? I know that there's a ton more under the car with the 25.2, but I'm surprised there isn't more in the hatch area.
Regardless, magnificent work on both setups.

The Bull
The spec only covers the safety portion of the cage, which is essentially from your back forward. It doesn't specify any extra bars added to support suspension, body panels, hatch, etc. In general the 25.5 is beefier looking, the 25.2 has a few more bars in it on the safety side and the 25.1 is the lightest spec for full tube cars.

It just surprised me that Tom's car that is good to 8.50 (25.5) looks beefier than Outlaw's 7.50 & faster (25.2, 25.1E) setup.
Been so long since I was around a good 25.x setup, that I forgot where all the jungle gym bars went.
