Default Any pics of mounting Harlan shiftlight in the A Pillar?

I pulled pillar off, pushed the defrost vent tubing out of the way, but dont really see how everyone gets the light to stay in place? Pics would be a great help. Thanks. I am hoping to get this done this Saturday, I need to get some Nitrous runs in and dont feel like exceeding my "shiftpoint" like I have been accidently of course.

Charlie:

Don't have a pic handy but can tell you how. You need to pull the circular vent piece out and cut the slats out of the center. It will look like a donut when finished. When you do that, the Harlan light will fit snug. If you need to, put some black electrical tap around the light to make it slightly larger. Then, just run the wiring out the hole from the back, put the light in the modified vent housing and push it all into place at once. You may have to play with it a little to get it exactly the way you want it but it's easy.

Did you just push, or d/c the tube running up to the circular vent? Sounds about like what I was trying to do, but wasn't exactly sure. Thanks.
