Alot of people use the Pro-kit with those HAL's... BMR actually makes pieces to adapt them and help with ride height adjustment.
But most people that use em already have them when they upgrade shocks...

Im currently running BMR items : Trak Pak torque arm, boxed SFC's, and non-adj LCA's. Im running stock Panhard, stock springs shocks, no front sway bar, stock rear sway bar, and an airlift airbag in the right rear. My plan is to get QA1 12-ways, custom springs, front travel limiters, slicks and a 9"... Then hopefully I'll be able to hook with this new motor.

I'm in the process of removing the front sway and the front bumper support. Anyone notice any negatives with either. It's my daily driver but I'm not pulling any dukes of hazard crap.

You will be fine with stock rear springs. I have them on mine with hals all around with the front drag springs. I like my car a little lower in the front for drag racing.

My front sway bar is long gone, and I don't miss it. I wouldn't recommend trying any high-speed maneuvers without it, but if you drive sensibly it's not a problem. I have no intentions of putting mine back on.

I also plan on pulling the front bumper support this weekend, followed by the rear support soon.

I just pulled mine out last night and see no problems with it so far. I would just say take it easy around turns until u get used to it.

I was thinking about adding the re-valved Bilstein drag shocks to the rear only since I have to drive my car 70 miles each way to & from the track.
Thoughts??

Hey SLPSS99, is this possible also if I wanted to use my stock coil springs?? both front and rear??? do I need an adaptor or would I need to modify anything, I like that you pointed out this way it would be height adjustable, but i'm limited in cash and just don't want to or can buy extra springs.

From what I can see the R series do come threaded for coil overs, if I get the BMR spring cups I should be able to run stock springs?

But then out back in the rear, there are no hal single adjustable coil over shocks? your forced to go with double-adj which are like 300 sumptin each. IS this right or does someone have a part number for single adjustable coil over rear shocks?
