How strong is the stock DS?

I'm going to be upgrading to a 12 bolt w/ full spool pretty soon. Just wondering how many of you have had problems w/ the driveshaft. The car is a heavy *** pig (3700 lbs) running cam only w/ 150 wet shot, and 325/50 M/T DR's. Also it's an auto trans w/ 4k stall. Think it's worth it to upgrade?

Stickies and Spray =

I ordered a PST driveshaft, but havent used it at the track yet to give you any results. They said if it ever breaks they will replace it though.

The stock driveshaft is weaksauce. I'll be replacing mine before it pretzels on me.
