I've got a 4.10 gear with a 275/60/15 M/T DRs, TH-350 with an Art Carr 3800 stall, I think it was trapping bout 6300-6450, not sure.

I dont see how in the hell that is working.. unless you are spinning your motor WAY up in the rpms.. A friend of mine is running 4.88s with a Th350 and a 3000 stall and he can barely run the 1/8th mile with the limiter at 6400..

I didn't say I wasn't spinning it high.
Actually haven't made a pass with this converter/ Trans but with my 4L60 and a YTP 4400 I was crossing at 7200.
